METHOD
In a bowl, combine the eggs, cream cheese, vanilla extract, sugar, and heavy cream.
In another bowl, combine the crushed cookies and melted butter.
Transfer to the baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes.
Once cooled, add the cheese mixture and bake for another 60 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar and flambé for brûlée.
