Honey Mustard Pork Chops

1. Prep the Pork Chops

Pat chops dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sear to Perfection

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
3. Make the Honey Mustard Sauce

In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Stir in Dijon, whole-grain mustard, honey, broth, and vinegar.
Whisk and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Finish Cooking
Return pork chops to the skillet.
Spoon sauce over them, reduce heat to medium, and cover.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
5. Serve & Savor

Spoon extra sauce over the chops.
Garnish with fresh parsley if you like.
Pair with your favorite sides and enjoy the sweet-savory magic.
