Preparation:
Grate the boiled beets using a Korean-style grater (julienne).
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Press the garlic through a garlic press and add it to the beets.
Season with salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.
In a pan, pour 40 ml of vegetable oil.
Add the onion, cut into half-rings.
Fry until golden brown.
Once ready, add the onions to the beet mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Serve the appetizer on a beautiful plate.
