👩🍳 How to Make Them
1. Cook the Peach Filling
In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until thick and jammy.
Let cool completely.
2. Prep the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease or line a muffin tin.
Roll dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle and cut into squares to fit the muffin cups.
3. Assemble the Cruffins
Press dough squares into muffin cups to form shells.
Fill each with 1–2 tbsp of peach filling.
Optional: Sprinkle with crumble topping.
4. Bake
Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden.
Cool slightly in pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
5. Glaze & Garnish
Optional: Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cruffins.
