Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Banana Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and mashed banana until smooth. Add the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
Bake:
Pour the mixture onto the cooled crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is almost firm. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Prepare the topping:
Mix the melted chocolate with the milk until you get a smooth sauce. Pour over the cooled pie before serving.
