Ingredients
Flour: 400g
Lukewarm Water: 300ml
Dried Yeast: 5g
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Mixing the ingredients: In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Mixing with water: Gradually add the flour mixture to the warm water and mix well.
Initial rise: Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
To rest the dough: Remove the plastic wrap and mix the dough with a wet spatula. Cover again and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.
Preparing for shaping: Carefully remove the plastic wrap.
To transfer the dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface.
To shape the dough: Stretch the dough into a rectangle and dust with flour. Fold the top and bottom edges inward, pressing gently. Then fold the right and left edges inward, forming a square.
